Whether Teaching Personal Classes To Small Or Large Groups Of Members, She Enjoys The Profound Connection With Every Breath And Every Moment That The Experience Offers. Furthermore, She Is A Reiki Therapist And An Esteemed Member Of The Hellenic Yoga Association, The International Yoga Teachers Association (Australia), And The Registered Yoga School Of The Yoga Alliance (USA) And Y.A.I.(India).
